I connect the dots
others see as separate.

I turn disconnected products into a portfolio story people can understand. Then I build the campaigns, nurture paths, and sales enablement that move them from awareness to action.

My best work creates
connection and momentum.

The deliverables matter. The larger story is how I connect products, evidence, and channels, then equip Sales to carry that story throughout the customer journey.

Portfolio storytelling · AVID multilingual learner suite

From disconnected programs to one connected story.

Emerge, Excel, and ELD Summer Bridge each served a different need. Customers also needed to see how the programs related. I created the portfolio positioning and visual throughline that made three distinct offers feel like one connected pathway for multilingual learner success.

I led and made

  • Portfolio strategy, messaging architecture, and audience entry points
  • Campaign copy, layouts, and visual mockups that aligned creative execution
  • Lifecycle nurture paths that moved customers through the sales cycle
  • Sales enablement tools, including comparisons, presentations, and talk tracks
2,043responses to portfolio calls to action, nearly 4× the next-highest campaign

Event-led growth · Sales enablement

Built the strategy, structure, and resources that turn events into growth.

Across virtual summits, regional product events, and multi-city conferences, I connect audience needs to business goals and build the framework teams need to execute. When COVID disrupted state-adoption engagement, I quickly repositioned professional learning as a market-responsive virtual event and sales strategy. That resourcefulness reflects the approach I bring to every event: clear positioning, coordinated audience journeys, practical resources, and sales follow-through that extends the value well beyond event day.

I led and made

  • Event growth strategy, positioning, messaging, and audience journeys
  • Planning structures that aligned ownership, deliverables, and launch milestones
  • Resources for attendees, sponsors, exhibitors, and presenters
  • Sales kits, training, follow-up collateral, and data-driven conversation plays

Marketing operations · Systems for scale

Turned scattered work into a system teams could use.

Strategy cannot scale when knowledge, requests, and campaign assets live in disconnected places. I built the structure behind the work and gave teams one clear way to find resources, activate sales enablement, track progress, and move campaigns forward.

I built

  • A centralized Communications & Engagement Team Library
  • HubSpot campaign structures connecting forms, emails, workflows, and assets
  • SharePoint sales enablement playbooks with current guidance for field and customer conversations
  • Repeatable processes that clarified ownership and reduced friction
Seamless integrationacross systems, so teams spend less time managing tools and more time building effective marketing solutions

Strategy that moves
all the way to execution.

From first structure
to enterprise scale.

I anticipate what the business will need next and build the connections to support it. I can work within enterprise complexity, but I especially enjoy startup and growth-stage environments, where Sales and Marketing can become one growth engine. Strong sales enablement helps turn that shared strategy into action.

“I turn strategy into the clarity, systems, and tools teams need to drive growth.”Courtney Harrison

The story has to work beyond marketing.

Experience across sales, business development, product marketing, and GTM leadership shapes my approach. The process starts by connecting the business goal to a clear customer story. From there, the story becomes sales enablement, campaign direction, and practical tools teams can use. When the work needs momentum, I step in to write the copy, shape the layout, or build the first mockup.

The approach is collaborative and decisive: listen widely, clarify what matters, remove friction, and help people move.
